Orders ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Australia

  • Standard: $10.95 (Australia Post) - est. 2-4 business days after dispatch*

  • Express: $15.95 (Australia Post) - est. 1-2 business days after dispatch*

International

Flat rates:

  • New Zealand: AUD $15.95 - est. 5-8 business days after dispatch*

  • All other countries: AUD $34.95 - est. 7-15 business days after dispatch*

*Timeframes are estimates only and depend on Australia Post and destination-country carriers.

Customs & Duties: International orders may incur import taxes, duties or fees. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Canberra Garms is not responsible for parcels lost, delayed or stolen. All enquiries or claims must be made directly with Australia Post (domestic) or your local carrier (international).

Incorrect Address / Details

If incorrect details are supplied and the order has already shipped, we can’t guarantee a refund or replacement. Any re‑shipping or redirection fees charged by the carrier are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final — we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. Please review each item’s photos, description, condition notes, sizing and measurements before purchasing.

Most pieces are vintage/second‑hand and may show normal wear (fading, distressing, paint, dirt or other marks). We work hard to note all significant flaws, but very minor issues (e.g. tiny pinholes, faint scuffs/marks) may occasionally be missed and are not considered misrepresentation.

If the item you receive is significantly different from our description, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at orders@canberragarms.com with your order number, details and clear photos of the issue.

  • Item must be unused/unworn/unwashed and in the same condition received.

  • If approved, we may offer a refund, exchange, or partial refund depending on the nature and severity of the undisclosed flaw.
