Full Time Store Manager

We are looking for a Full Time Store Manager to lead our Braddon store. This role is hands-on and suited to someone who enjoys running a store end-to-end, working closely with a small team, and being deeply involved in product, customers, and day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities Store operations

• Open and close the store, manage cash handling, floats, and banking 

• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising 

• Operate POS systems and ensure smooth daily transactions

Sales and customer experience 

• Assist customers with product selection and styling advice 

• Lead by example on the floor to deliver high-quality customer service 

• Work with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs Stock and product

• Manage stock rotation, replenishment, and in-store presentation 

• Assess drop-offs, authenticate items, and evaluate garment condition 

• Price stock accurately and assist with minor garment repairs when required
  Team leadership 

• Approve timesheets and assist with rostering 

• Train staff on systems, operations, and service standards 

• Support new processes and foster a positive team environment
  Brand and content 

• Represent Canberra Garms in store and online 

• Comfortable using social media and appearing on camera when needed
